US Steel Industry Investigation: Competitive Conditions and Safeguard Measures

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) launched an investigation into the competitive conditions of steel-consuming industries in response to a request from the US House of Representatives' Committee on Ways and Means, following the imposition of tariffs on steel imports in 2003.
