US Commission Investigates Effectiveness of Steel Wire Rod Import Relief

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has launched an investigation into the effectiveness of import relief measures for steel wire rod, which were imposed by the President in 2003 and set to expire on March 1, 2003.
