Commission Investigates Effectiveness of Import Relief for Circular Welded Carbon Pipe

The US Commission has launched an investigation into the effectiveness of import relief measures for circular welded carbon quality line pipe, which were imposed by the President in 2003 and set to expire on March 1, 2003.
