US Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission Discontinue Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations for 4,4'-Diamino-2,2'-Stilbenedisulfonic Acid and Stilbenic Fluorescent Whitening Agents

The US Department of Commerce and the International Trade Commission have discontinued their investigations into 4,4'-diamino-2,2'-stilbenedisulfonic acid and stilbenic fluorescent whitening agents imported from China, Germany, and India, following a withdrawal of a petition by Ciba Specialty Chemicals Corporation.
