U.S. Trade and Investment with Sub-Saharan Africa: Fourth Annual Report

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) has initiated its fourth annual report on U.S. trade and investment with Sub-Saharan Africa, following a letter from the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) on March 12, 2000, and aims to submit the report to the USTR by December 10, 2003.
