U.S. International Trade Commission to Review Final Initial Determination in Ammonium Octamolybdate Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review its entire final initial determination, issued on May 15, 2003, which found no infringement of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in the ammonium octamolybdate investigation.
