U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Display Controller Decision

The U.S. International Trade Commission has declined to review an initial determination amending a complaint and notice of investigation, following an administrative law judge's ruling that Genesis did not become aware of MStar's allegedly infringing product in the US until April 18, 2003.
