U.S. Trade Commission Investigates Solid and Hazardous Waste Services Market

The U.S. Trade Commission launched an investigation into the Solid and Hazardous Waste Services market, following a request from the U.S. Trade Representative on July 1, 2003, to examine U.S. and foreign market conditions under the Tariff Act of 1930.
