U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Hitachi Maxell Addition to Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a ruling by an administrative law judge that added Hitachi Maxell, Ltd. to an investigation into certain zero-mercury-added alkaline batteries and products containing them.
