US Patent and Trademark Office to Adjust Patent Fees for Fiscal Year 2004

The US Patent and Trademark Office is revising patent fee amounts to account for inflation, as measured by the Consumer Price Index, and also adjusting a few patent fees that track the affected amounts, in accordance with the annual adjustments authorized by the Director.
