USPTO Proposes Changes to Representation of Others Procedures

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is proposing updates to its procedures for representing others before the office, as well as replacing its current Code of Professional Responsibility with new Rules of Professional Conduct, both based on the Model Rules of Professional Conduct of the American Bar Association.
