USPTO Seeks Comments on Inter Partes Reexamination Proceedings and Announces Round Table Meeting
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking public input on whether inter partes reexamination proceedings are unfair to the parties involved and, if so, what changes could address these concerns. USPTO will also hold a round table meeting to gather views on improving these proceedings.
