OSHA Grants Permanent Variance to Oak Park Chimney Corp. and American Boiler & Chimney Co.

Oak Park Chimney Corp. and American Boiler & Chimney Co. have been granted a permanent variance by OSHA, allowing them to use alternative conditions for rope-guided hoist systems during chimney construction, which are deemed to be at least as protective as the original regulations.
