Underwriters Laboratories Inc. Seeks Expanded Recognition as Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory

Underwriters Laboratories Inc. has submitted an application to expand its recognition as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory under 29 CFR 1910.7, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration has made a preliminary finding on the matter, which does not constitute interim approval.
