NLRB Revises Privacy Act System of Records to Include Public Disclosure for Legitimate Interests

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Office of Inspector General is updating its system of records to allow for the disclosure of information to the public in certain circumstances, including when it serves a legitimate public interest or protects life or property, and for reporting to the President and Congress on Inspectors General activities.
