Consumer Product Safety Commission Terminates Proposed Rule on Outside Attorneys

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has decided not to issue a new rule addressing the behavior of attorneys on matters before the Commission, effectively terminating a proposed rulemaking process initiated in 2000.
