FDA Announces Submission of Information Collection for Medical Devices Review

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance of a proposed collection of information related to the review of third-party premarket submissions for medical devices under the United States/European Community Mutual Recognition Agreement, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
