FDA Releases Draft Guidance for Developing Antimicrobial Drugs to Treat Inhalational Anthrax Post-Exposure

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a draft guidance for the pharmaceutical industry on developing drugs to treat inhalational anthrax in individuals who have inhaled anthrax spores but have not yet developed symptoms, with the aim of preventing the infection from taking hold.
