SBA Proposes Changes to Annual Average Receipts Calculation for Small Business Size Standards

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing to modify its method for calculating annual average receipts used to determine size standards for small businesses. The SBA plans to change its regulations from a 3-year averaging period to a 5-year averaging period, consistent with a recent amendment to the Small Business Act.
