FDA Announces Availability of $500,000 in Research Funds for Food Safety Research

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking proposals for research collaborations to combat transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (TSEs) in the nation's food supply, with approximately $500,000 in funding available for fiscal year 2002.
