FDA Requests Public Input on Food Contact Substance Licensing Regulations

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on whether to establish regulations allowing companies to license the rights to manufacture and market a food contact substance. This request comes in response to a comment on a proposed rule published in the Federal Register on July 13, 2000.
