FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for Export Certificates

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on a proposed rule requiring firms to obtain export certificates for FDA-regulated products exported to countries that require such certificates for entry, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
