Pharmacy Compounding Compliance Policy Guide; Availability

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing the availability of a guidance for FDA staff and industry entitled "Sec. 460.200 Pharmacy Compounding." The document being issued with this notice provides guidance to drug compounders on how FDA intends to address pharmacy compounding as a result of a recent decision by the Supreme Court.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement.
