FDA Releases Final Guidance on Trade Policy for Commodities with Vinclozolin Residues

The FDA has made available a final guidance document outlining its policy for implementing a provision of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act related to residues of the pesticide vinclozolin in food, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
