FDA Announces Submission of Information Collection for Labeling Requirements

The Food and Drug Administration is seeking public comment on proposed labeling requirements for color additives and hair dyes, as part of its submission to the Office of Management and Budget for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
