FDA Announces Guidance for Small Juice Processors to Achieve 5-Log Pathogen Reduction

The FDA is releasing a guidance document to help small and very small fruit and vegetable juice processors comply with the 5-log pathogen reduction requirement, which allows them to exempt their products from the warning label requirement established by the FDA's juice labeling rule and the HACCP rule.
