FDA Releases Draft Guidance for Industry on Standardized Training Curriculum for Juice Processing

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a draft guidance document outlining the agency's view on the use of a standardized training curriculum for juice processors to meet the requirements of the HACCP regulation, and provides information on how to access and use the curriculum.
