FDA Announces Medical Device User Fee Rates for FY 2003

The FDA is setting user fee rates for medical devices for fiscal year 2003, following the passage of the Medical Device User Fee and Modernization Act of 2002, and will begin collecting fees after enabling appropriations are enacted.
