Coast Guard Proposes Regulations for Toledo Tall Ships Parade 2003

The U.S. Coast Guard plans to implement temporary rules, including restricted navigation areas and spectator anchoring zones, for the Parade of Sail Toledo 2003 on July 16, 2003, to ensure safe vessel traffic and protect life and property in the Port of Toledo, Ohio.
