Temporary Suspension of the September 11th Security Fee and the Aviation Security Infrastructure Fee

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is temporarily suspending the September 11th Security Fee and the Aviation Security Infrastructure Fee from June 1, 2003, to September 30, 2003, as mandated by the Emergency Wartime Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2003. During this period, passengers will not be required to pay the September 11th Security Fee for air travel purchased between June 1, 2003, and September 30, 2003.
