Coast Guard Issues Temporary Regulation for Popps Ferry Bascule Span Bridge Closure

The Commander of the Eighth Coast Guard District has temporarily exempted the Popps Ferry Bascule Span Highway Bridge in Biloxi, Mississippi, from navigation rules on June 5, 2003, to facilitate emergency repairs to the drawbridge.
