Captain of the Port Portland to Enforce Safety Zone for Fort Vancouver Fireworks Display

The Captain of the Port Portland will begin enforcing a safety zone along the Columbia River in Vancouver, WA, starting May 28, 2003, to protect watercraft and their occupants from potential hazards during the Fort Vancouver Fireworks Display.
