CBP Requests Extension of Information Collection for Duty Rates Dependent on Actual Use

The Bureau of Customs and Border Protection is seeking OMB approval to extend an information collection for duty rates dependent on actual use, previously approved in 2003, without changing the burden hours, and is soliciting public comments for an additional 30 days.
