Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for Portsmouth Power Boat Races

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety zone along the Ohio River, from mile 355.5 to 356.5, near Portsmouth, Ohio, to ensure the safety of participating boats and mariners during the upcoming Portsmouth Power Boat Races, and to restrict access to authorized vessels and personnel only.
