Federal Railroad Administration Publishes Document on Explosives Transportation by Rail

The Federal Railroad Administration, in collaboration with the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Transportation, has published a document outlining the application of federal laws to the transportation of explosives by rail, concluding that the current security measures are sufficient to prevent further regulation.
