FEMA Declares Major Disaster in Arkansas, June 6, 2003

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has issued a notice declaring a major disaster for the State of Arkansas, effective June 6, 2003, in response to a significant event or situation that caused widespread damage or loss of life.
