Coast Guard Amends Appeal Procedures for Great Lakes Pilotage Director

The US Coast Guard is revising its procedures for appealing decisions made by the Director of Great Lakes Pilotage, shifting the authority to the Assistant Commandant for Marine Safety, Security and Environmental Protection. This change allows the Director of Waterways Management to oversee the Director of Great Lakes Pilotage's work more closely.
