Private Nonprofit Facility (PNP) Eligibility

We give notice of our reinterpretation of section 102(9) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act and of our regulations at 44 CFR 206.221(e) and as a result the change in our policy concerning private nonprofit facilities.
