U.S. Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for Marblehead Fourth of July Fireworks

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety area around the Marblehead Fourth of July Fireworks display on July 4, 2003, in Marblehead, Massachusetts, to protect the public from potential hazards. The safety area will restrict access to a 400-yard radius around the fireworks barge.
