Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zones for Bay City Tall Ship Celebration

The US Coast Guard is setting up temporary safety zones and regulating drawbridge operations along the Saginaw River in Michigan from August 14 to 18, 2003, to ensure safe navigation and protect life and property during the Bay City Tall Ship Celebration.
