US to Extend Temporary Protected Status for Somalia

The US will extend the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for Somalia for 12 months, from September 17, 2004, to September 17, 2005, allowing nationals of Somalia to re-register and apply for an extension of their employment authorization documentation.
