US Customs Regulations Amend Refund Process for Certain Wool Imports
The US Customs Regulations have been updated to remove a regulation that provided procedures for refunds of duties paid on imports of certain wool products, as the Trade Act of 2002 has already established self-effectuating procedures for these refunds.
