SBA Proposes New System of Records for Small Business Investment Company Information

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing to add a new system of records, the Small Business Investment Company Information System, to its inventory of records subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as part of its efforts to modernize its technology supporting the Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) program.
