Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on Upper Mississippi River

The U.S. Coast Guard has created a temporary safety zone along the Upper Mississippi River, near Cape Girardeau, Missouri, to protect vessels from hazards associated with the construction of the Cape Girardeau Bridge, and entry is restricted until authorized by the Coast Guard Captain of the Port Paducah or a designated representative.
