Coast Guard Expands Regulated Navigation Area for 2003 Tall Ships Event at Navy Pier

The U.S. Coast Guard is expanding the Regulated Navigation Area (RNA) for the 2003 Tall Ships Challenge and Parade of Ships at Navy Pier in Chicago, IL, to enhance safety for participants and spectators. The new regulations will restrict vessel traffic in a portion of Lake Michigan near Chicago Harbor from July 29 to August 5, 2003.
