Towing Safety Advisory Committee and National Boating Safety Advisory Council to Discuss Navigation Lights and Communications

The Towing Safety Advisory Committee's Commercial/Recreational Boating Interface Working Group will meet with representatives from the National Boating Safety Advisory Council to discuss navigation light and communication issues affecting towboats, barges, and recreational boats, and the meeting will be open to the public.
