Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zones for Fireworks Displays in Captain of the Port Chicago Zone

The US Coast Guard is establishing safety zones for annual fireworks displays and significant marine events in the Captain of the Port Chicago Zone during August 2003 to ensure the safety of people and property on navigable waters. These restricted zones will limit vessel traffic in the area.
