Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Miami River Drawbridge Operations

The US Coast Guard is proposing modifications to operating regulations for drawbridges on the Miami River, including a one-hour closure during the noon hour and a revised schedule for the Brickell Avenue Bridge, to accommodate scheduled vehicle traffic while minimizing disruptions to commercial tugs and emergency vessels.
