Federal Emergency Management Agency Submits Application for Loan Cancellation Information Collection for OMB Review

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has submitted a proposed information collection, Application for Loan Cancellation, to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The collection is related to the Community Disaster Loan Program, which is authorized by the Disaster Relief Act of 1974 and implemented by FEMA regulation 44 CFR, subpart K, Sec. 364.
