Coast Guard Seeks Public Input on New Ballast Water Discharge Standards

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking public input on proposed ballast water discharge standards, as mandated by the National Invasive Species Act and the National Environmental Policy Act, and will hold five regional public scoping meetings to gather comments from stakeholders.
